Plinth Progression

3DsMax!

This model was created in 3DsMax and using the built-in renderer. I have tryed to keep the model as low poly as possible, but also giving it a slight hand made feel by un-aligning some of the verts and slightly displacing the wooden slats. The top of the plinth acts as a turntable to show a model in its full 360 degree rotation.

The model is yet to be UV unwrapped and lighting is to be finalised as currently it is too 'warm'. I'm looking to get a clean grey/white which will show up both shadow and highlights well.
